We can proudly say that GDOCK racks were designed and developed in SLOVAKIA.
What material is used to produce the GDOCK Bike racks?
The GDOCK bike racks are made of high-quality steel. Its surface has been powder-coated for the best result.
What is the maximum bearing capacity?
The maximum bearing capacity for GDOCK bike racks is follow: SHELF – 16 kg and PEDAL – 29 kg. The GDOCK bike racks can even support all types of bikes – road, city, fitness, gravel, MTB or electric bikes.
What is the maximum handlebars width you can put on the GDOCK racks?
For the GDOCK SHELF the maximum handlebars width is 65 cm and for the PEDAL is 86 cm.
Can the GDOCK be installed on any wall?
The GDOCK racks are suitable for all common wall types such as cement, concrete, full brick, hollow brick, wood and particleboard. We do not recommend using the GDOCK racks on plasterboard walls. Plaster may not offer enough bearing capacity to support the rack with all the accessories on it (bike, shoes, helmet etc). Please note,we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation.
Can I assemble the GDOCK wall mount bike rack myself?
Yes, of course! The GDOCK is accompanied by all assembly material, template and a manual that guides you through the process.
Warranty
Do I get a warranty on my purchase?
GDOCK warranty covers only manufacturing defects for a period of two year after purchase. The warranty is not transferable. Damage caused by failure to follow instructions, improper maintenance or misuse, is not covered. More info in Terms and Conditions.
